  • Test drove vehicle – verified customer concern to be shake/pulsation at freeway speed braking Rear brakes make chatter noise when almost stopping Note; Brake discs was resurfaced back in May and driving about 8K miles, the issue started – therefore recommend to replace new brake discs and resurfacing again will make it thinner and same issue may return Advised customer a warranty will be provided for labor and brake pads, Rotors at the cost of customer Customer authorized Other notes: 1. Wheel bearing type growl noise can be heard from rear end Listen with stethoscope, bearing sound like having resistance but it is not very audible – Lazy wheel rear end 2. Rear tires are cupped on inner – can be a contributing factor to growl noise
  • Removed old brakes – serviced brake caliper brackets, polished hubs, installed new discs and pads Test drove vehicle – pulsation does not feel on the steering wheel anymore but some vibration still on the body while braking – therefore rear discs should be replaced too
  • Removed old brakes – serviced caliper brackets, polished hubs, installed new brake discs and pads Test drove vehicle – stops fine now – no noise or vibration felt Test park brakes – hold good
