  • Checked coolant level – low in radiator – reservoir level 0is okay except missing cap Topped off radiator – pressure test – system holds 15 psi Raised and inspected for coolant leak sign – noted the water pump has lot of fresh trail Ran engine at 1500 RPm – fan clutch moves lot of air – no overheating – but coolant starts to leak from water pump shaft when reaches normal operating temperature Radiator cap is slightly worn out too but not the main cause of leak Recommend to replace Water Pump, Radiator Cap and Recheck
  • Replaced new water pump, filled with coolant and ran engine at 1500 RPM – recheck for coolant trail – no more leaks Monitor thermostat opened at 205 deg F, temperature stays normal Test drove vehicle – gauge stays under half Other Notes: 1. Exhaust leaks from manifold 2. Steering wheel off centered – seem to out of alignment 3. Suspension clutter over uneven pavement 4. Feels like engine having misfire but no counts noted

  • Customer supplied rotors only – requested to add pads from the shop Test drove vehicle before repairs – noticed lot of pulsation Removed wheel to replace brake rotors – noticed left inner pad is almost 3.0 mm – on discard spec. The thickest pad measured to be 7.0 mm Advised customer to replace pads too Customer authorized to replace pads from shop Removed old brakes – serviced brake calipers, polished hubs, installed new brake disc and pads Test drove vehicle – stops very smooth now – no pulsation or noise
  • Removed and replaced accelerator pedal assembly – test drove vehicle – runs and shifts fine

  • MAINTENANCE – OIL CHANGE, BASIC VISUAL INSPECTION Top all the fluids Inflate tires – 33 psi all Recommendation Left head light inop both high / low Need all 4 new tires – P215 / 60R / 17 Timing cover area kind of wet with oil Front brakes are 4.0 mm will need soon Washer inop Front struts are bad
  • Remove and replace new transmission as per customer request fill up new cvt fluids to correct level recal transmission tcm with engine pcm try move vehicle in drive it doesn't wants to move due gear shifter linkages were disconnected so remove whole assembly and reconnect cables back in place test drove vehicle runs and shifts normal but it has misfire at initial acceleration look misfire data cylinder =1 and 3 counts 20/25 . Advised customer for diagnostic – Authorized
  • Replace all new spark plugs and retest vehicle runs and drives fine no misfire now

  • Removed and replaced Spark plugs and Air filter Start and ran engine – runs fine Test drove vehicle – runs fine
  • Test drove vehicle – braking is normal at freeway speed When braking at low speed of 10 to 15 mph – can feel some reflux/push back action on the brake pedal – seem to be issue with ABS system malfunction – ABS light stays off – no DTC at the moment Inspected front brake pads are 9.0 mm – okay. Front brake rotors are new. Rear brake pads 7.0 mm – rotors appear to be fine – no grind spots noted Inspected wheel bearings – no play No screeching noise heard while driving. Wheel speed sensors are connected properly. Checked for TSB and Recalls – nothing related to brakes. Therefore recommend to bring it back for diagnostics once the ABS light comes on or the symptom worsens

  • Checked engine oil – okay Checked coolant level – okay Monitor misfire data – no counts misfire currently present Checked freeze frame history – cope captured at 816RPM, 2051 seconds since engine started, Temperature 201 deg F, vehicle speed 66 mph Performed engine load test while monitoring misfire – no misfire counts. Inspected spark plugs – appears 50 good Advised customer to swap spark plugs on cylinder 8 with new and swap coil from 6 to 8, clear DTC, drive to recheck. Customer authorized
  • Checked tire pressure – all okay except left rear tire – low 27 psi. Spec is 35 psi Inspected and found the leak from the previously repaired spot. The spot is closer to edge of the tire and since it is leaking from the plugged spot – it can not be plugged again. Either it should be patched from inside or tire replaced P275/60R20 114T – TOYO A/T Open Country
  • DTC: P0308 Cylinder 8 Misfire Recommend diagnostics Customer approved
  • Removed old spark plug from cylinder 8, replaced new, swapped coil from 6, cleared DTC, test drove vehicle – ran fine – check engine stays off. Let customer drive vehicle to reset monitors
