  • Oil and Filter Changed, Fluids Checked off, Tires Inflated, Maintenance Reset Notes: Very low oil registered on dipstick when inspected before draining.Recommend to check oil level regularly and top off as necessary
  • Removed and replaced air filters
  • Test drove vehicle – noted the squeak noise is from left rear wheel Inspected rear brake pads – left side 1.0 mm, Right side 4.0 mm – abnormal wear Switch the electronic parking brakes to maintenance mode and reversed caliper pistons – both rear caliper pitons moved easily Therefore the caliper is not found to be hanging this time, It may have electronic park brake malfunction not known this time Inspected for DTC – no malfunction DTC in the system Measured rear brake discs: Rt – 9.06, Lt – 8.94 m – okay. Discard spec 7.0 mm Front pads measured 8.0 mm – okay Advised customer that if the brake pads continue to wear abnormally, then caliper may need replacement or diagnosed at dealership Recommend to resurface rear brake discs, replace new pads Customer authorized
  • Removed serpentine belt – inspected pulleys – all okay Installed new belt – inspected traction – okay
  • Resurfaced rear brake discs, measured: Rt – 8.79, Lt – 8.65 mm – okay Serviced brake caliper brackets, polished hubs, replaced discs with new brake pads Reset electronic parking brake system – test operation – holds good when commanded Test drove vehicle – no more noise

  • Diagnose – Use scan tool no communication with – TCM but it communication with ECM , Road test vehicle seems like its stuck in 2nd gear and also can feel the reverse is hard shift , Test TCM main power relay ok , Test power on transmission connector terminal – I – has 12.0 volts , Terminal – J – has -12.0 volts , terminals – L ? M – has ground ok so according to the mitchell = II guide test procedure fail the TCM Recommend to replace another new TCM replaced re program and re check Unable to complete the job due to lack of the part . Advised customer to take to dealership get checked and replaced
  • DTC- U0101 – Lost communication with TCM Advised diagnostic – Authorized

  • Diagnose – Test blower relay and fuses are ok , Test switch has signal ok , Test blower motor is bad it has power and ground to the connectors . Recommend to replace new blower motor and re check
  • Remove and replace AC Heater Blower Motor – test blower runs in all speed and AC/Heater works perfect at this time

  • Test battery – 640 actual Cold cranking amps – Measured – 203 CCA – Fail battery due to bad cell Charging system – 14.18 volts Need to replace battery

  • Oil and filter changed, fluids checked off. Inflate tires to – 33 psi all Top up all fluids
  • Remove and replace transmission mount and both front lower control arms and re check
  • Road test vehicle only once noticed little rattle / vibration kind felt in engine area seems like bad motor mount and other than that lots rattle felt into steering wheel while going onto bumps or on rough roads , so inspect and found has bad both lower control arms and transmission mount . Recommend to replace them and re check. Authorized
