  • Remove & Replace RF CV Axle and Output Shaft Seal road test vehicle noticed has slight brake pulsation
  • Remove and replace Front ( TIming cover) side Motor Mount
  • Test drove vehicle – verified the noise – screech/crunch noise over bumps and while taking off – front end It also has some click noise why sharp right turns Raised and inspected – found the right front (pass) CV axle boots are torn – output shaft seal leaks. Verified the screech/crunch noise why rolling vehicle back & forth – noise is from the A-Frame. Torque the A-Frame well and rechecked – no more noise Recommend to replace the RF CV Axle and Output Shaft Seal Other concern is the engine vibration noise felt inside the vehicle – pry test motor mount – found the front (Timing cover side) mount is separate Recommend to replace motor mount Customer authorized all recommendations

  • Inspected lights – found the right Brake and Turn Signal Light Out ( Rear) Recommend to first replace bulb and recheck. If the issue does not resolve – diagnostics would be required at additional cost Test drove vehicle – stops fine 12' Test park brakes – hold good Measured front brake pads – 5.0 mm. Discard spec 3.0 mm Measured rotors: Rt – 24.59, Lt – 24.45 mm. Discard spec 23.0 mm Measured rear brake pads – 3.0 mm – on discard spec Measured rotors: Rt – 10.15, Lt – 10.26 mm. Discard spec 8.0 mm Measured tire thread depth, Front 4/32, Rear 7/32 sec. Discard spec 3/32 sec Suspension is very rusted – vehicle seem to be out of CA. It may require additional time due rust or may even require some additional parts if anything damages due rust. Recommendation: 1. Resurface rear brake disc, replace new pads Customer authorized all recommendations
  • Oil and filter changed, fluids checked off, tires inflated, maintenance reset Notes: Performed 21 point inspection – everything looks good
  • Removed and replaced light bulb – test operation – okay LA – 3164524
  • Resurfaced rear brake disc, measured: Rt – 9.98, Lt – 10.05 mm – okay Serviced brake calipers, polished hubs, replaced brake disc with new pads. Test drove vehicle, stops fine – 15' Okay to certify – BA 3206319

  • Diagnose – Road test vehicle noticed has shake seems like eye ball in one tire as soon as hit the freeway noise heard from right rear tire so pull over vehicle inspect found the right rear tire has separated threads and canvas , all other tires are cracking too , advised customer replace all new tires at this time and fix one bracket on right rear fender which broke off when the tire thread separated The right rear mud flap broke off too when the thread separated and hit the fender well.
  • Mounted and balanced all tires, installed and test drove vehicle – runs very smooth – no vibration or noise now
  • Oil and filter changed, fluids checked off, tires inflated. Notes: 1. Front brake pads are on the discard spec of 3.0 mm – Brake rotors are lip edged – not good to resurface. Measured: Rt – 24.62, Lt – 24.68 mm. Discard spec 24.5 mm
  • Removed Intake manifold – while removing the valve cover bolts – 6 bolts broke – seem to have been over torqued. Therefore drilled out the broken bolts Note: Additional time not charged to customer – Courtyssey/Customer Value Original bolts not available anymore – therefore used aftermarket replacements bolts to reseal covers Resealed Intake manifold with new gasket, replaced new grommet on valve covers, resealed with new gasket Cleaned residue around covers Filled with new coolant – start and ran engine – temperature stays normal – Thermostat open at 206 deg F. Test drove vehicle – runs fine – temperature stays normal Rechecked coolant level – Okay

  • Diagnose – Use scan tool monitor dpfe voltage stuck at 5.11 volts no change even wires disconnected , check engine vacuum feed is ok all other hoses looks ok , possible has bad EGR valve differential pressure feedback sensor which is mounted into EGR valve assembly Recommend replace new egr valve assembly clean passage clear code re check – Authorized Diagnose map sensor dtc – Has false code instead of mas air flow sensor – look intake air tubes and all around intake areas and vacuums no leaks found , use scan tool monitor mas air flow live data reads at idle – 5.36 volts changes voltage up acceleration nicely no glitches at this time , may be intermittent internal sensor failure so recommend first to replace new mas air flow sensor clear code re check – Authorized
  • Replace new EGR valve and Mas air flow sensor clear code and re check road test vehicle check engine light stays off no dtc now

  • Test drove vehicle, long travel for brake pedal to be at normal height If pedal is pumped 2 times, it feels normal Set park brake on and test pedal – feels normal Inspected all brakes, – front pads are 8.0 mm. Discard limit – 3.0 mm. Rear brake shoes – 4/32 sec. Discard spec 1/32 sec. Inspected brake fluid level – full Inspected for brake fluid leaks – nothing spotted Brake drums came off very easy and park brake travels more than half range before it holds. Therefore the brake shoes are far out of adjustment. Adjusted brake shoes, checked brake pedal fell firm now and park brake holds at less than half travel. Test drove vehicle, stop fine and pedal stays firm Inflated all tires – 32 psi Other Notes: Right rear wheel bearing is noisy. Recommend to replace wheel bearing – Estimated cost: Wheel Bearing – 56, Cleaner – 12, Tax – 5.95, Labor – 142 Total – $215.95
