  • Diagnose – Check both side pressure is zero , ac bower runs in all the speed and the mode operates normal , ac cooling fan and clutch inop due to lack of freeon , so evac system no freeon recovered no oil came out of system , charge R134A = 1.93 lb with pag oil run ac found leaks from bad ac pressure cut- of switch due to cross threaded into condensor showed to customer which is the main cause of loosing freeon and ac inoperative after every other fix was performed by the other repair shop . Advised customer to replace new ac condensor and switch evac system recharge wit pag oil and recheck – Authorized
  • Removed damaged condensor and bad switch – charged new condensor ( 2.0oz pag) replaced with the switch Vacuum system for 15 minutes – let it sit for 5 – holds vacuum Charged system with 2.0 oz of pag 46, 1.94 lbs of freon – scoped for leaks no active leaks noted Ran system – cycle pressure low side – 31 psi, high side 129 psi at temperature of 34 deg F, ambient temperature of 85 deg F. System operates under normal pressure – cooling efficiency is very good Test schrader and joints for leak again – no leaks noted Test drove vehicle for 3 miles with air on – okay

  • Diagnose – Use scan tool no dtcs , monitor transmission pids , drive / neutral is ok but other pids available , inspect all fuses ok , inspect gear linkage is ok but gear shifter cable has broken hold down case locks, manually shift into reverse vehicle shifts ok , so – Recommend to replace new shifter cable and recheck – Authorized
  • Installed cooling fan relays – ran engine at 1500 RPm, cooling fans cycle at 194 deg F – temperature stays normal Test drove vehicle temperature stays normal
  • Removed and replaced new shifter cable – adjusted and test operation – works as designed Test drove vehicle shifts fine

  • Remove and replace new transmission as per customer request fill up new cvt fluids to correct level recal transmission tcm with engine pcm try move vehicle in drive it doesn't wants to move due gear shifter linkages were disconnected so remove whole assembly and reconnect cables back in place test drove vehicle runs and shifts normal but it has misfire at initial acceleration look misfire data cylinder =1 and 3 counts 20/25 . Advised customer for diagnostic – Authorized
  • Replace all new spark plugs and retest vehicle runs and drives fine no misfire now
